Powers of Attorney
Having a Power of Attorney in place can give you peace of mind while you are unable to manage your affairs. In New York State, POAs require two witnesses and notarization of the Principal’s signature and often the Agent’s signature as well.
Estate Planning
Wills are not required to be notarized in New York State. Self-Proving Affidavits may accompany a will and may require notarization. Trust documents may also require notarization and can be completed at your convenience at your location.
